Terms of Use
By using BURNT CD you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
BURNT CD is a listening and voting space for underground music. Tracks play through the official SoundCloud player. We do not host or sell audio.
Accounts
You must be 13 or older to create an account. You need an account to vote or submit. Keep your login private. One person, one account. We may suspend accounts that game votes or break these rules.
Voting
Votes unlock after real listening and are limited per day. Do not use bots, scripts or multiple accounts to influence results.
Submissions
Only submit music made by humans that you have the right to share. No AI-generated artists or tracks. We may decline or remove any track at any time.
Artist content
Music, artwork and names belong to their creators. We show them to promote the artists. Rights holders can request removal on our Copyright page.
No guarantees
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, BURNT CD is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
